Live Music: Mountain Harmony
Mountain Harmony was formed in 1981 and is composed of female entertainers, ranging from the young, to the young at heart. These ladies form of barbershop music, with its close, unaccompanied four-part harmonies and ringing chords, may be a uniquely American folk art, but is international in its appeal, attracting members from all over the world.
Mountain Harmony has performed throughout Colorado, with much of its focus during the holiday season, entertaining at tree lightings, hospice celebrations, the winter markets and so many business and family events. Mountain Harmony is a non-profit organization which raises money for music scholarships for local youths.
