The Lookout Grille offers flavors to satisfy any craving. Choose from a variety of fresh culinary delights. Selections include a variety of juicy and custom burgers, perfectly seasoned chicken sandwiches and tenders to crisp, fresh salads made to order. Young Buckaroos will discover excitement in a specially designed menu to delight their developing palate.
Other menu items include sandwiches, salmon BLT, salads, nachos, kids & adult beverages as well as a full bar.
*The Lookout Grille opens one hour after Park opening and will close a half hour prior to Park closing. See Park hours here.
Delicious BBQ w/ Outdoor Seating
The Smokehouse offers a unique outdoor dining experience. As you enter the park, directly across the plaza & Gift Shop you’ll find the Smokehouse Restaurant.
Open only during the warmer months of the year, Smokehouse offers favorites including pulled pork or chicken sandwiches, loaded fries, soft baked pretzels and soft serve ice cream.

Specialty Dogs & Build Your Own
During the summer months, Defiance Dogs is serving up some mighty fine dogs. Located adjacent to the thrilling Defiance Roller Coaster, choose from one of our specialty dogs or build your own. While you’re there you can also grab a bite size snack or some dessert with fun options like Cinnamon Glazed Nuts or Italian Ice.
After you’ve grabbed your grub, head on over the picnic tables and watch as guests take a ride on our record breaking 110 ft 102.3-degree free-fall coaster.
