Thank you for tuning into What’s New at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. We are excited to announce some BIG changes that will be coming to the Park and are well under way. You may have already noticed some changes. The Mine Wheel is now in a new location up the Iron Mountain Trail next to Halvor Flowstone. With the Mine Wheel moved, there is now room for our new Smokehouse.
Smokehouse
We are adding a brand-new outdoor dining experience. Right as you enter the Park, the new Smokehouse restaurant will pull you in with delicious smells of smoked delights. This new location will have an outdoor grill and smoker serving items like Smoked Pulled Pork, Smoked Sausages and Hamburgers. Stay tuned for our full menu!
Additionally, the Smokehouse will have some added features. There will be a drinking station so you can fill up water bottles and stay hydrated. That’s important at 7,100 feet in elevation! Restrooms will also be available at this site.
We are looking forward to this addition and cannot wait to share the new menu and experience at America’s only mountaintop theme Park.
New Menu at the Lookout Grille
The Lookout Grille is getting a makeover! To the menu that is. The Lookout Grille will be serving up a menu that caters to the entire family. Flatbread pizzas, specialty burgers and chicken tenders to name a few! We will be announcing the full menu very soon.

Winter on the Mountain Kickoff Party!
November 23, 2024 – 4pm to 8pm
Enjoy a cozy gondola ride to the winter wonderland and join us to kick off Winter on top of the mountain. You’ll be greeted by the warm, twinkling lights and festive decorations including our musical Christmas tree and Santa’s workshop. Grab a warm holiday drink and roast marshmallows for a delicious smore. It’s a truly magical holiday experience that create lasting memories for the whole family.
