MOTM Non-Profit Application

Please fill out the application below to be considered for a Music on the Mountain donation. After this application is received, we will review and assess how your non-profit may fit into our company culture and MOTM event. We will communicate with the non-profit contact when a decision is reached.

 

If your non-profit is selected:

  1. We will send you an agreement and ask for your marketing materials.
  2. A check will be prepared as agreed upon and sent via USPS within 2-3 weeks after MOTM event.

Partnership Benefits

Glenwood Caverns agrees to provide:

  • Music on the Mountain (MOTM) advertisement across our website, posters, social media channels and newspaper ads.
  • Advertising materials for you to promote the MOTM event.
  • Opportunities to promote your organization utilizing a table at one MOTM event.
  • A donation in the form of a check from $5 entry after 4pm on the one MOTM event designated to your non-profit.

Non-Profit agrees to provide:

  • Promotion and sharing of advertising materials provided by GCAP on all social media channels (2-3 posts week of event).
  • Post 2-3 stories on the day of the event on social media channels.
  • Have 1-2 representatives to work the booth/table day of event from 4pm to 8pm and engage guests.
  • Provide organization’s logo and website url.
  • Feature GCAP & MOTM in newsletter or other communications from non-profit.
