Join your family as you enjoy the twists and turns of a thrill ride at a slower pace, more suitable for younger riders or those who don’t love the sharper drops often found on theme park rides. At Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, we’re dedicated to activities that kids and adults can enjoy together.
The Wild West Express is a slower-moving roller coaster that the whole family can enjoy together. You won’t have to leave half of the family sitting by the sidelines with this roller coaster! On the Wild West Express, you’ll enjoy shorter hills, lighter thrills, and a slower speed that everyone can enjoy. It’s a great first roller coaster for kids who might be reluctant to dive in on a bigger thrill ride or for older family members who are looking for a more relaxed experience but still love roller coasters.
At Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, you’ll find plenty of activities that the whole family can enjoy. The Wild West Express is just one example of the exciting adventures we can offer. Check out the Alpine Coaster, visit the trolls, or explore the Fairy Cave or Kings Row Cave for more fun with your loved ones while you’re on at the park.
Ride Requirements
- Guests must be at least 36” tall to ride. Guests between 36” and 48” must ride with a Supervising Companion. Guests must be 48” tall to ride alone.
- Guests with the following conditions must not ride:
- Back or neck problems
- Heart conditions
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery, illness, or injury
- High blood pressure
- Any other medical condition that may be aggravated by this ride
- Double jointed casts and neck braces are not permitted.
- Guests must have the ability to sit upright, maintain control of their upper torso, head, and neck. At a minimum, Guests must have one arm, one hand and one leg to the ankle.
