Underground Wonders Await at Glenwood Caverns

Discover hidden wonders beneath Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. With three cave tours and a newly launched promo package offering a 20-percent off when you visit both Glenwood Caverns and Iron Mountain Hot Springs, there’s no time like the present to go exploring in Glenwood Springs.

Beneath the surface of Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park lies an awe-inspiring world of stalactites, stalagmites, and hidden chambers that have captivated visitors for over a century. C.W. Darrow led the first official cave tours nearly 130 years ago, guiding guests, some in fancy dresses, through narrow passages. Today, the Adventure Park offers multiple guided cave tours that let more casually dressed modern adventurers experience the underground magic firsthand.

A National Natural Landmark

Colorado Governor Jared Polis presents NNL award to Glenwood Caverns and Iron Mountain Hot SpringsThe caves at Glenwood Caverns are truly remarkable. Anyone who has taken a tour can attest to their exquisite beauty, but their significance extends beyond their visual appeal. Along with our sister property, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, the caverns have been designated a National Natural Landmark (NNL). This honor recognizes the unique geothermal environments that have shaped both locations over time.

To celebrate this distinction, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and Iron Mountain Hot Springs are offering a special Spring NNL Combo package. Visitors who want to experience both attractions can enjoy a 20% discount, valid from March 7 through May 1. Tickets include the scenic gondola and both cave tours. They can be redeemed on separate days within 14 days of purchase. In addition to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park gondola and cave tours, the NNL Combo package includes a three-hour soak at Iron Mountain Hot Springs with no reservations required. Please check online at Iron Mountain Hot Springs for pricing and hours, as there will be some scheduled closures in April.
