Current Pass Holder Information

Dear Pass Holders,

Here are some of the most frequent questions we’ve been asked. Annual passes have been extended by the length of time we were closed and still provide all of the same benefits and discounts. See below for details. If you are not receiving our Pass Holder emails, please sign up for our mailing list below.

Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park Management Team

We want to take care of you; therefore, your annual thrill pass will be extended by the length of time we are closed. Our closure date was March 15th, and we will be extending your pass for the time period we are closed.

Yes. We will implement physical distancing guidelines based on guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate government agencies, by reducing our capacity. This involves limiting the number of guests allowed into the park each hour, social distancing in queues, touchless points of purchase (preferably no cash and self-swiping), use of sneeze guards at all points of purchase and increased disinfection standards.  Please see our 2020 Park Map for more specific information on capacity limitations for our attractions and rides.

Pass holders may visit at any time; please proceed to the VIP Entrance. Additionally, pass holders will be allowed reentry into the park should you want to leave and come back the same day.

We understand that you may wish to request a refund due to the capacity changes. Please contact us at 1-970-945-4228 or [email protected] to discuss a refund.

Yes! You will continue to receive all of the benefits of your annual thrill pass including your 10% discount.

During these unprecedented times and capacity limitations, it is unknown at this time when we can offer music events. For now, Friday Afternoon Club and Music on the Mountain are cancelled for June. Please check our website for more information on upcoming events. Ticketed events after hours are not included with an annual pass.

We have added cleaning staff and enhanced our protocols to disinfect bathrooms, food and beverage areas, handrails, doorknobs and other common touch points on an hourly basis. We’ll follow guidance from the government and the medical community regarding enhanced screening procedures and prevention measures, including those related to personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves and face coverings. Our employees are being properly educated and trained to meet CDC cleanliness guidelines and will receive daily health screenings. Additional measures include more hand-sanitizer stations, sneeze guards at our ticket counters, online ticket purchases and waivers, and self-applied wristbands.

Children 15 and older will still be permitted to come alone, but we ask parents to ensure that their children understand the procedures we are asking all of our guests to follow, such as:

  • Maintaining social distancing guidelines throughout the park
  • Washing hands frequently and using hand sanitizer when they can’t get to a sink
  • Sneezing and coughing into their arm
  • Staying home if they feel sick

For the safety of our employees and guests, our employees will wear face coverings. Guests will need to wear face coverings to follow the city and county guidelines at the time of your visit.

Pass holders can check in at the VIP Entrance. The cashier will ask the guest to hold their membership card in a manner that allows us to scan the pass. In addition, Thrill Pass holders will be issued a wristband that they can easily self-apply to avoid contact.

We will update the website often, but the best way to be sure you are receiving the most updated and current information is to sign up for our pass holder emails. If you are not receiving these email notices, please sign up below!
