What Our Guests Say

“We loved everything, the gondola ride up, the incredible views, the rides and cave tours! Everyone was really nice! The Caverns tour guide was SO excited to tell us about the caves! He had lots of fun scientific and historical information!! Just a really fun place to spend the day with the family!! We also got some amazing pictures.” ~ Sally Moore in La Grange, IL

Just wanted to say that you guys have hired the most friendly staff! We were there this last weekend and did the fun day pass on Friday and the Wild Cave tour on Saturday. Everyone from ride operators, especially a gal named Corey, to our cave guide Kay on all 3 tours were awesome. The 2 ladies that worked in the store and photo area were super friendly too! It seems rare these days to find a place that the majority of the staff is so friendly and helpful, you did a good job finding awesome people. Just thought you should know. Will be highly recommending your place to others.

My family and I visited your park on Monday 3-27 and the Iron Mountain Hot Springs on Tuesday. My family will be talking about this trip for years to come! Every interaction I had with a staff member I was treated with respect, and I felt like we were the most important person to that employee. We will definitely be back, and hopefully I have enough guts to ride the canyon swing next time!
